I am seriously disappointed with this sauce. I was looking forward to trying it but when I did I regretted it. I can't really explain it (how do you describe a taste?), I know it is an all natural sauce but if I had tried it blindfolded I would have thought it was a cheap sauce filled with chemicals and artificial flavourings. It has a really strong, overwhelming taste of nothing I can describe, but it isn't nice. I had a stomach ache after trying it... I even went back a couple more times later...

Brilliant. This is a great sauce. The nice thing about it is it has a great long after burn. If you don't want the initial onslaught of intense heat you can put some mayo over the top of it (like I just did with a chicken baguette) and it is still pretty damn hot, but not not overwhelming. After you have finished though you continue to get a nice intense warming of the mouth. If you eat it raw then it is just a bloody good hot sauce! Can't go wrong with this one, but not for the faint hearted.

the taster birmingham contained this prize of chilli. The women behind the desk said it was too much and only a millimeter of sauce lay on the cracker. as i tasted it it was kwl til 3 seconds too come i had the whole of my mouth burst into fames the way it scorched my mouth it took 5 bottles of water, some ham and 2 scoops of fudge ice cream. im only 11 and i recomend this to people who drink chilli smoothie

The chipotle is not a variety of chilli but a dried, smoked red Jalapeno. Smoking is the traditional Mexican way of preserving Jalapenos. It has a rich smoky aroma with undertones of dark chocolate and tobacco. A perfect balance of fire and flavour it adds real depth to dishes. An inspired seasoning for soups, stews, salsas, BBQ sauces and mayos. Soak them in hot water for a few minutes and they rehydrate for adding to the pot.

Other fun things to do with them: - Boil it until the water turns red, remove and slit vertically. Use the knife to remove the seeds and the flesh (or if you're hardcore leave some in). Then dab it off on kictchen roll, and spoon it full of melted good quality chocolate. Leave in fridge to set, then dip it in the chocolate and put it back to set. Ferraro Rocher for chilli junkies. - Grind one up and sprinkle it in a joint in place of the weed, then smoke it. I paid a stoner kid £20 to do this. Two...

The bloke before me has got this right, not much of a kick spice-wise with one, but since there's no danger of you only eating one that's not much of a problem! Stupidly addictive with a nice slow burn that builds, and if you want an instant kick you can always suck the nuts dry before swallowing. Which is not something I thought I'd be typing on the internet when I got up this morning! Recommended!
