In 1990 when Ben Moon did the first 8c+ in the world, Hubble, he used a Mammut Galaxy. Around that time it was the lightest rope of its type around. Thats not true anymore, but it is still easily our best selling single rope. The tension on the sheath is tight, making it a stiff handling rope, but also making it last and last and last. Galaxys normally still look quite new when other thicker ropes have become big fluffy caterpillars. A highly recommended classic.
