I am drinking a 2006 bottle. It is a robust and generous example of Minervois. The nose is not particularly expressive, but in the mouth the wine reveals its full body and power. It has good tannic structure, yet the tannins are rounded and not too aggressive. There is alcoholic warmth too, but again it is not excessive or overwhelming.
