This wine is soooo disappointing. It is sharp and acidic, almost unpalatable. I bought a case for my husband for Easter (instead of chocolate!) and I for one was mightily let down. We have consumed many a different Chateauneuf du Pape blanc and this is the first organic variety - and it will be the last.
