This hat arrived today with other items. It wasn't protected or packaged in the correct way . It resembled something bought at a jumble sale, completely screwed up. The brim wasn't even straight but curled in all directions. I'm about to send it back for a refund, very dissapointing. We've had Panama hats delivered before from milliners, so we'll definately be using them again in the future. Such a shame that a good looking hat was spoilt by ill-packaging!
