When we ordered these pens we were unaware that both ends of the pens have lids and both come off.. When my girlfriend opened the top end of the pen and squeezed it, nothing came out she squeezed it slightly harder and the plastic part inside the pen flew into her face! We thought it was hillarious but we dont think it should happen and also we think that it should be explained in the intial review that there are to lids on each pen. With regard to the liquid inside the pens its ok but could taste...

I just purchased a large garden shredder from this company. I have not dealt with them before. The efficiency of the order confirmation and tracking for supply and despatch was good. The after sales service was exceptional. The supply cable was missing (manufacturer error) but they phoned me back and speeded me the missing part. The people I spoke to were clued up, most helpful and reasonable. Top marks to the whole outfit as price was very competitive too.
