good product, but in the snow and the weight on the roof from the snow made the corner supports ( plastic ) snap under the weight.I had to improvise and with the use of jubilee clips and longitudinal supports, ( made from wooden dowling- half inch ) I was able to do an emergency repair on the greenhouse.It may be of benifit to your company if you sent out these products to certain individuals to test the product to its destruction ,if that may be the case.Other wise Iwas impressed with the greenhouse...
