Great graphics,sounds, problems and secrets. Probably would have got a 5/5 if there had been slightly more puzzles, rather than having to wipe out baddies to clear a level. The game that pretty much defined the modern day 2D platformer was the original Prince of Persia, back in the early '90s. It's therefore fitting that it should receive a re-make for the current crop of hardware at some point. As you would expect, the home console versions of Sands of Time are all in 3D, so it's this GBA version that truly retains the concept of the renowned original. Which is basically that of exploration, combat and perfectly timed jumping within a claustrophobic, maze-like 2D environment...
