Experience Summary: Allow three hours at the centre for your experience. You'll share your Duckie with another rider or an instructor. Expert tuition is given before heading onto the water and whilst you ride, the instructors are out on the water with you. There's an element of risk, of course because the water is cold and fast. These purpose built rafts are called Rapid Runners (Duckies) and hold two people, unlike the White Water Rafts you dont have a guide in your Duckie. Your guide will teach you all you need to know about paddling your Duckie down the White Water Course with a training session on the calm pools above the rapids.
