Everyday stress simply melts away as you and your friend relax and take it easy. Treatments include a soothing 30 minute massage, a 30 minute facial, then a nail file and polish or an express eyebrow shape. Spa resorts offer further treatments, plus extensive keep fit facilities - typically sauna, spa pool, swimming pool and steam room.
