Fine single malt whisky from Orkney. This is a rare, limited edition single malt whisky made on the largest of the Orkney islands. Founded in 1885, the Scapa distillery uses a special Lomond pot-still, which gives it its distinctively smooth texture. It is also un-peated resulting in a lighter, honeyed and floral palate with a long smooth finish. A truly delicious single malt.

Nectar d'Or is part of the brand new extra-matured range of single malts from the new-look Glenmorangie. The higher abv of 46% gives a richer taste, it is non chill-filtered for a luxurious mouthfeel and a longer time spent in the ex-Sauternes barriques give an enhanced wine character. Dave Broom describes the Nectar dOr as 'complex and intriguing'. The whisky is lemony, sumptuous and syrupy.
