this game is gr8 for any1 who loves expanding and researching a new civilisation from scratch, however if you plan to fight your enemies to destroy them, prepare to be bitterly dissapointed; the combat system is useless!!! no matter how far advanced your units are compare to your enemies, annoyingly the enemy always seems to have the advantage, and it is quite common for 10 modern units i.e tanks to manage to defeat 1 medieval unit i.e longbowman!
