I bought this belt at the beginning of the year and it really does work!!! I had lost a lot of weight and was struggling to get to the gym as often as i wanted to. My waist was stuck at at a size 14 (32 inches) now i am a size 10 (28 inches) and my waist has really been pulled in (so no more bulge over the tops of those jeans!!!) Although it seems expensive it really is worth the money and you can just wear it around the house whilst doing other things!!!!
