This video is wonderful, Wai Lana, as always makes it look really easy and you find yourself bending into positions that you never thought you would. I combine it with her 'invigorating' video (I alternate between the two) and found that in just 2 weeks I noticed positive differences in my body and in my energy levels. It only takes half an hour or so in the morning and Wai Lana is an inspiration to us all. The video gets easier and is a joy to watch and take part in....get it!
