Yoga straps (or belts) are useful to assist in attaining correct postures by providing the required tension of a pose without straining. Belts are used for binding in postures such as Supta Padnagusthasana (Reclining Hero stretch), as extensions in forward bends i.e. they provide length enabling you to grasp limbs that are otherwise too far, and as support in postures such as Paripurna Navasana (the boat). Our yoga straps are useful for yogis of all levels.
