Nikon 24mm f2.8 D AF Lens
Having been bought up with prime lenses I have always found that good quality zooms are bulky and heavy. This 24mm is now in permanent residence on my D200 giving an equivilant focal length of 36mm which I find ideal for simple out and about photography. It is light and smaller than a AFS lens and makes the camera much less noticeable than when mounted with a zoom. And, it is sharp, sharp, sharp!
