Philips NT9110 Hygenic Nose/Ear Hair Clipper
I bought this item in July 2009 started to have faulty problems after about six months ie: Jan 2010 finally resigned to the fact it was unreliable some days you switch it on it works other days it does not. I called customer service who will be sending a replacement when I return my faulty item back in the New Year once all the snow has passed. ps: I hope my replacement in the new year is more reliable than the current one.
