PINCEAU EYELINER N°13 Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush
An extra-fine brush in natural, firm bristles for eyeliner application. The ultra-fine brush is designed to trace an extremely precise line along the base of the lashes. For an intense effect: Dampen the brush (if necessary), then dip the bristles into the compact or fluid eyeliner. Trace a thin line along the upper row of lashes. To define the eyes: Apply the eyeliner from the inner corner of the eye outwards. Slightly thicken the line at the outer corner of the eye.
