The Riserva Agostino Petrizi (named after previous owners of the estate) is 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged six to eight months in small barrels, then about 8 months in cask before going into bottle. A supple and elegant wine with a velvety texture and mouth feel.
