I bought this for my granddaughter Sophia 2 Christmases ago, she is now just four years old, she is riding the bike round and round the kitchen annoying me because I have no shoes on and I know she is going to run over my toes. I asked her did she remember when I bought it, she replied 70 years ago. It is a beautiful well made bike and now James her brother who is 2 years old also pushes himself round the kitchen. Worth spending the money. Well done.

This is a well made trike, built to last, my son loves it, it is a very large trike he can just about use the pedals at tip toe he is 2 and a half and about 36 inches tall, he tends to use it foot to floor at the minute. I love the fact it flips over to a chopper and our seven year old son can use it too. This trike will last our 2 year old some years so it is well worth the money.

There is nothing more substantial than a small red plastic hubcap to keep the back wheels on rather than a bolt/nut design. Do not be over-enthusiastic with your hammering! A little 3-in-1 oil gets rid of the initial annoying squeak of the back wheel.
