A really rich and complex wine which still has plenty of freshness from the dominant Sauvignon Blanc. The semillon adds depth and a richness to the palate which is redolent of ripe peaches and grapefruit marmalade. The finish has notes of pudding spice thanks to the development in the bottle for many years.
