Almost 5 years since the release of his second album, 'Tical 2000: Judgement Day', the Wu Tang Clan member delivers the solo follow-up which he considers his best work to date. It features production from NO I.D, Just Blaze, Megahertz, P. Diddy, Missy, Jelly Roll and RZA and guest appearances from Ghostface, Ludacris and Raekwon.
