All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded so please note you will need to sign for the delivery.
The only exception to this is for delivery charges to Eire or the Chanel Island, Southern Ireland etc as we may be able to arrange delivery for a small charge . Most items will not take any longer than upto 2-4 working days for delivery but in the unfortunate event that an item will take longer we will notify you by e-mail or phone within 48hrs a refund will be offered if youre unable to wait or it is not in our control to supply the goods.

Please note that all items must be in original packing and must not be opened and in there untouched unworn condition.
PLEASE NOTE earrings will not be accepted for return if the packaging has been tempered with unless there is a fault with the product or it has been damaged in transit.
