These are fantastic in home made brownies! I have a fab and recipe for brownies (just right - fudgy in middle, crispy and glossy on top) if anybody out there wants it! But I've tried making it with other chocolate and it just doesn't turn out the same as it does when I use Hershey's Semi Sweet Choc Chips!

These are also excellent for making a glossy chocolate frosting as the melting consistency is the best of any cooking chocolate - far superior to the Hersheys morsels.
