  Items mispriced, out of stock. Website listings do not accurately reflect price or what is in stock. Customer service is so bad that it almost seems like a scam; company will not take any responsibility for its many errors. Reported to Better Business Bureau. Figleaves screwed up their online pricing and wouldn't honor the order. Offered a pathetic $10 coupon for a $50 price gouge on the items I ordered. Claimed they had no responsibility because they had not yet charged my card. They also lied to me about the availability of the 2nd item I ordered. They said it was unavailable when it is still listed as available on the site; the real reason for the cancellation was that they screwed up the price on that one too. Both bras are available on the website for a price higher than what the order was placed for. Customer service went from unhelpful to no response at all.

  I've ordered several times from figleaves and I seem to leave enough time in between each order to forget why I swore the last time would be the last. The good: Selection is great. The bad: Selection is great *because* "usually ships in 24 hours" actually means "as soon as you give us your credit card information this item will be mysteriously placed on backorder for months." The same goes for "Ships by X number of days from now" (don't count on seeing your order this year).

  The bra-finder is so helpful, every site should have one! Figleaves has the best selection of maternity bras I've ever seen. I bought one for my sister and she keeps raving about it to all her pregnant friends. For myself, I found your Swimwear solutions page the most helpful - it is so hard for me to get a bathing suit that fits! It wound up fitting like a dream, but I might not have ordered it had it not been for your free shipping and return policy. I waste more money sending things back and re-ordering.   I really enjoy shopping at Figleaves, the time to browse on my own is great and it's so easy to find what I am looking for. The sports bras at Figleaves are excellent.
