Donate from your salary£10.00
Give as you earn (GAYE) (payroll giving) is a tax efficient way of giving to UNICEF. Donations are deducted from your gross pay entirely tax free. Therefore, each time you are paid, a donation is deducted by your payroll department before tax is calculated. For example by making a donation of £10 each month, your gift to UNICEF will only cost you £7.80 (assuming basic rate of tax is paid). UNICEF will still receive £10 because the Inland Revenue has to make up the difference.
