They were very helpful and polite and offered to do whatever is needed to solve the problems encountered - parts or replacement was offered before I had to ask and they took my comments graciously. With regards to the instructions for the roof, the wrong bolts had been supplied which is why it didn't work. They did offer to send the right ones.
