Christmas Gifts for Men

Coworker

When buying a gift for a coworker just remember to keep it simple. Don't get too personal and unless you are fairly close with the recipient, stick with officeout.

Friend

A gift for a friend should be much more personal, something your best bud really needs. Try to discuss spending limits beforehand. There's nothing more embarrassing than you giving him some beer glasses when he gets you an engraved watch.

Relative

Relatives are a bit more difficult to buy for. Think of how close you are to him or her. Do you spend every other weekend hanging out at your cousin's place or do you see him once a year at Christmas? Wallets and money clips are great for more distant relations. You might want to chip in with the family for Grandpa's new camera though.

Brother

Even though your older brother pantsed you when you were ten, that's no reason not to get him a really cool gift. Show some brotherly love and put some more thought into this. You might want to check out our more specific guides like Gifts for Sports Fanatics to find something that matches his personality.

Son

Ah, the beloved apple of your eye. You don't have to spend a lot to get him something truly special. We have gift ideas for all ages and prices. If he's in college, he'll appreciate some much needed supplies rather than a video game. (Although he'll still happily accept the game.)

Father

Lets try not to pawn off another tie for dear old dad this year. (At least save ''that'' for Father's Day.) Electronics, watches, a new set of golf clubsdads love it all. He'll be happy no matter what, as long as you stay away from that dreaded tie!

Significant Other

The boyfriend or hubby needs lots of attention. If you can't afford to send him to Hawaii, you can still find something very personal that he'll love. Think of what he enjoys and listen to cues for gifts he may be hoping to get this year.
