What Does It Mean to GO GREEN?

You don't have to be hugging the trees to go green.  This phrasing simply references the ways that you can make environmentally-conscious decisions.  By taking little (or large!) steps to reduce how your living might harm the environment, you are contributing to the global effort.  Going green involves using less of the earth's resources, which means you will be using products with sustainability or renewable energy!  Recycling, driving fuel-efficient vehicles, and using paper bags (or your own bag--even better!) are just a few of the familiar tactics that can be partnered with the term "GOING GREEN!"
