Griddles are utensils used for frying or grilling foods such as pancakes, oatcakes, crepes and steaks. Modern griddles come in rectangular shape with double handle or square shape with single handle. Griddles can be used indoors or outdoors depending on the size and fuel used. Griddles are usually made of aluminium, stainless steel or cast iron.

Electric Griddles: Electric griddles come with larger surfaces. They are provided with adjustable thermostat to have required temperature. These griddles drain unwanted fat into the drip tray provided below them. They are easy to cook, clean and maintain.
Propane Griddles: Some of the griddles use propane gas as the fuel. Propane Griddles are efficient and portable. They cook food equivalent to gas griddles with high quality. They ensure even heat distribution and heat retention.
Steam Heated Griddles: Steam heated griddles are new to market. They are used for commercial purposes.
Portable Griddles: Portable griddles are used indoors and outdoors for both domestic and commercial applications. They come with additional burners and solid steel frames. Both gas and electric griddles come in portable version.
