Naruto Buying Guide

Naruto is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by  Masashi Kishimoto. The series has branched out into a massive franchise both in Japan and America. There are two anime series, CDs, films, light novels, video games, and trading cards. The main plot follows a young boy named Naruto Uzumaki and his friends in this coming of age story. Naruto is a young ninja looking to test and enhance his skills. Naruto and two friends join together to form Team 7 as they study under sensei Kakashi Hatake. This ninja team must complete missions as requested by the village. The story follows these boys as they learn new skills and abilities and encounter new challenges.

* Naruto: Shippuden:This series is based on Part II of the manga, continuing the story of Naruto after two and half years have passed. The series began being aired in Japan on television but now the videos are streamed online to subscribers. Naturally, it is also available to watch in America. There are currently only 4 volumes available here, with more set to release later this year.
