Punches are used for ring binding, filing and documentation in offices. In schools they are used for craft work and projects as well as binding. Punches punch holes on a bundle of sheets of paper at the same time, and save our time and provide us with clear neat work.
Punches can be either electric or manual.
Electric Paper Punches: Electric paper punches have a capacity ranging from 20 and 150 sheets per punch. They are comparatively more expensive than manual punches; however you can punch holes in more sheets of paper in quicker time period. Electric paper punches are very easy to use and you need not have to apply pressure. All you need to do is press a button which automatically punches holes on the paper.
Manual Punches: One hole paper punches, two hole punches, three hole punches are the standard manual models used in offices and even schools. Manual models punch between 5 and 100 sheets of paper. Manual single hole punches are used for applications like ticket validation and test score templates. Craft punches include custom dies that can feature corporate logos, hearts and other custom shapes.
