Yes. No. Maybe. It depends.
ShopWiki crawlers respect the configurations as set on the merchant store. If your store is configured to be listed in multiple regions, then it is possible that your store's products will be listed in other ShopWiki domains above.
If your store's content is in English, but is configured for only one region (i.e. the United States), it will only appear in ShopWiki.com, NOT on Shopwiki.ca, ShopWiki.com.au, etc. A store that offers its content for consumers in multiple languages or multiple currencies DOES NOT necessarily mean that the store is properly configured to be listed in multiple regions.
