December Shopping for a Cause

Over the years, retailers and awareness organisations have teamed up to bring you merchandise that supports a worthy cause.  With December being AIDS Awareness Month,  you can support AIDS and HIV Awareness with the purchase of a single product, or show your inner philanthropist when buying gifts for friends and family.    

You can shop an extensive inventory of products by looking for the AIDS/HIV symbol: the red ribbon.  This shows your concern for the issue on a global scale, while displaying the legitimacy of the provider.  Find out if the proceeds will go to an international awareness fund, or if they will be used to help local interest chapters.  Try to give to as many funds as possible to raise awareness on all levels!
