White Noise Machine : This machine blocks out surrounding noise by creating a low humming sound. It can help you drift off into sleep with its constant, steady rhythm.

Nature sound machines : If you don't live by the ocean  but still want to hear the waves crashing before bedtime, try one of these. You can adjust it to what type of sound suits you, for example: wind, waterfall, night sounds etc.

Naptime : Having trouble getting your little one to nap? Try the sleep sheep It's a sound machine inside a stuffed animal  that features four sounds: heartbeat, rain, ocean waves and whale songs

Besides the standard radio alarm clock try these other types of alarms to roll out of bed with:
