Actually, it was cofounded by its current CEO, Steve Jobs, in 1976. They had their ups and downs over time, but Apple has made quite a comeback over the past few years with their innovative products and sleek designs. Is there anything more beautiful than a MacBook? I think not. And it also doesn't hurt that their products run fast and are reliable.
